Originally located in West Seneca, NY. We started out in about 1973 with 2 taps and one Maple Tree, just to find out how to make Maple Syrup. That first year we make about 1 quart of syrup. Every year after that we added a few more taps; once you start making Maple Syrup it gets in your blood and is real hard to quit. In 1978 we decided to start selling some of our fine Pure Maple Syrup; because we were making more than we could use ourselves. We continued adding taps until we ran out of trees, at 375 taps. In 1996 I moved the operation to its current location in Attica, NY were the farm has grown to over 700 taps with 550 on vacuum.
